Ingredients
1 package of pasta
2 cloves of garlic
½ onion, diced
1 tablespoon oregano
1 chopped tomato
300 g of cream
1 dessert spoon of sweet paprika
1 whole glass of cottage cheese
Salt to taste
1 sachet of tomato sauce
200 grams of mozzarella cheese
½ can of sweet corn
300 grams of ham
Grated parmesan cheese
2 chopped Calabrian sausage slices
1 tablespoon olive oil (oil or butter are also options)
Preparing creamy pasta in a pressure cooker
First, in the pressure cooker, you need to put the oil on medium heat. Then, add the onion, garlic and, finally, the calabresa sausage. The ideal is to stir well and let both ingredients cook well to bring flavor and aroma to the pasta.

Then, after all the ingredients are in the pan (with the sausage well browned, onion and garlic soft), you can add the tomato. Then, mix well to add the tomato sauce and cream to the recipe.
From there, you can add the oregano, paprika and a small amount of salt, as the pepperoni will salt the pasta.. Then, just mix well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Next, the next step is to add the package of pasta, remembering that it can be any type of pasta. Then you need to add 700 ml of water so the pasta can cook. From there, just mix the ingredients well, cover the pan and count 3 minutes after the pressure is released.
Once ready, carefully remove the lid after the pressure has released and then add the mozzarella, corn, cream cheese and ham. After mixing, all that's left is to serve the dishes and then gently distribute the Parmesan cheese.
Recommendations
This recipe makes a good amount of pasta, serving up to 4 or 5 plates. Our recommendation for a lighter pasta is to use light cream instead of the traditional one. Furthermore, one detail about this recipe is that several ingredients can be integrated.
Pepperoni can be replaced with bacon, and corn can be replaced with peas.. Ideally, the pasta should be al dente. Therefore, if you want to reduce the amount of water a little to 600 ml, there is no problem!
Finally, this recipe can be paired with white wine or sparkling wine at dinner, or with lemonade at lunch. Just as the recipe is versatile, it's up to you to decide how to finish and consume the best creamy pressure cooker pasta.
