Over the past few weeks, Samsung has rolled out the update to the latest version of Android on its best high-end phones like the Galaxy S22 or Galaxy S21.
Well, now, as confirmed by specialized media outlet SamMobile, the Korean giant has started to roll out the update to Android 13 with One UI 5 on the last two devices in the extinct Note line, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra.
Samsung has started rolling out the Android 13 update to unlocked Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra from US carriers AT&T and T-Mobile that signed up for the One UI 5.0 Beta.
This new software version is coming to the Galaxy Note 20 with build number N98xBXXU5GVK1, and with it, Samsung is ending the One UI 5.0 Beta program for the Note 20 series in the United States.
One UI 5.0 brings a series of new features to the Galaxy Note 20, such as the integration of the OCR (optical character recognition) function into its native Camera, Gallery and Keyboard applications, which have also improved significantly with this new update, or greater fluidity in animations, transitions and the general performance of the terminals.
Likewise, this new firmware also includes all the new features of Android 13, such as a new user interface with a wider color palette based on Material You, stacked widgets, ability to set the language for each app, a new dashboard of simplified privacy and security or a series of improvements to the Digital Wellbeing function.
