If you read us daily, you know that part of our daily bread is publishing one or more news related to Xiaomi. Not because we particularly like the manufacturer or because we feel like it, but because they never leave the focus today. This morning, for example, we talked about the Xiaomi 12 Pro officially being updated to Android 13.
These are the Xiaomis that will receive Android 13
At first there was talk that there would be a MIUI 13.5, it seems that this project has been canceled and will jump directly to MIUI 14. There were rumors that there would be phones with MIUI 13.5 and Android 13 (in fact, that's what was said in the case of Xiaomi 12 Pro update), but will finally be updated to a new version of the manufacturer's customization layer.
Although at the moment there are no definitive dates on when the update will be released globally, some rumors point to the end of November as the date chosen by Xiaomi to test the public beta of the new version. This audience will only go to those who sign up for your testing program.
There are currently nine phones that are running private betas. These versions are not for those who subscribe to the trial program, but are distributed to a limited number of users. These are the following devices:
- Xiaomi 12T Pro
- Xiaomi 12S
- Xiaomi 12SPro
- Xiaomi 12S Ultra
- Xiaomi Redmi 50

This limited number of users are people who are completely trusted by Xiaomi, so they also receive devices that have not been officially launched (as is the case with the new Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro).
